We are seeking a client-focused and detail-driven Remote Client Experience Coordinator to support customers through a dedicated advisor-led service model. In this role, you will partner closely with assigned advisors to ensure clients receive timely communication, organized coordination, and a seamless experience from initial inquiry through completion.

This fully remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service behind the scenes.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as a support liaison for clients working with their assigned advisor
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate, timely, and professional communication
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Track and update client records to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Proactively identify gaps in communication and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support advisors in maintaining a high-quality, consistent client experience
  • Must be a citizen of the US, Uk, Australia, Spain, and LATAM
