Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand preferences, priorities, and timelines
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and curated experiences
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and all planning details
- Provide timely updates and answer client questions throughout the process
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and clear communication in every client interaction
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in customer service, planning, hospitality, or client support preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or LATAM
