Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand preferences, priorities, and timelines
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and curated experiences
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and all planning details
  • Provide timely updates and answer client questions throughout the process
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and clear communication in every client interaction

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, planning, hospitality, or client support preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
