This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and supporting clients through a well-managed planning process.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather important trip details, assist with researching travel options, and help coordinate reservations such as accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages. You will also review travel information carefully to ensure accuracy, track updates or changes, and maintain organized records within internal systems.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple details at once. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensuring each client receives a seamless and well-coordinated experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel reservations, schedules, and confirmations
