Client Support Consultant
Job Description:
We're hiring a reliable and client-focused Client Support Consultant to assist clients by providing guidance, coordinating details, and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of service and using the resources, tools and systems provided to you with the team and mentorship.
What Youll Do:
- Communicate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and timelines
- Provide clear support, recommendations, and timely follow-ups
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and ongoing updates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent communication
- Deliver professional, friendly client support throughout the process

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service or client-facing experience (preferred, not required)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Must be coachable to learn the systems, process and training
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-comfortable
- Authorized to work from Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia
